Diaries and Note Books
Ok, so we have got our diaries and our note books, now we need to start by identifying what we want to change and achieve in our lives, you might want to list some of the stuff here, of course you don’t have to, but some people might find it helpful, if you do decide to do that remember to keep your personal stuff personal.
Let us get started; the first thing we need to do is write down everything that we would like to be different in our lives by the time we finish our self-development program.
Here is just a few of the things I want I will change in my life (I am keeping a lot of it private), some might be the same as yours but remember you should add your own things as well.
By the time I finish this Self-Development program I will:

Imagine sitting down to praise yourself in around six months’ time. What achievements will you feel most proud of? What changes will you the most satisfaction when you reflect back on them? Focus on all of your desires being achieved.

Decide right now how your life will improve as you go through this development period and set a date for the achievement of at least 2 of the changes you intend to make to your life if you continue with the commitment to follow the plans that will be laid out or suggested in this group (not just by me by the way).
If you make the changes you would like to make what will it mean to your day to day existence? Start thinking now about how you will feel and what others will be thinking about you. What will you be wearing, what will you be thinking, how will you be acting and what will you be saying? Begin to create a picture in your mind of the new you that you are working towards, and then focus on it and make any changes to perfect or refine it as often as you can.

Decide where your opportunities are to put these changes into action today. Personally I will be choosing something a little more healthy on my way to work. I will be identifying opportunities, where I could be a bit more confident, you might be able to identify something that you can change today, maybe it would be a good time to be a bit more generous, or something to ensure a period of calm for today and/or tomorrow.
